63 Corks is hands-down one of the best restaurants in the area! We’ve been coming here for years—sometimes to celebrate a birthday, and sometimes just because we’re craving high-quality, locally sourced food. We love that they are farm-to-table, sourcing many of their ingredients from the local area. As avid foodies who travel frequently to explore the best restaurants in other cities and countries, we’re lucky to have a spot like 63 Corks right in our backyard. The food is always incredible, and the service is top-tier. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a night out, this is one of our go-to places, and we love bringing visitors here. We highly recommend making a reservation because they book up fast—and for good reason!

First off, reservations are highly recommended! We lucked out and found a table for 2 that was not reserved just as they opened. Such a unique menu. Our waitress, Sally was great at describing the different foods! She also kept our drink glasses full! I had the Walleye Milanese. I cannot say enough about this dish. Walleye was lightly crusted and cooked to a flaky perfection! The sauces and unique vegetables and greens were lightly grilled to complement the meal! Superb! My wife enjoyed the spring chicken, also cooked to perfection! Again, Sally talked us into a delicious piece of turtle cheesecake. Wise choice! This is not a place most people would eat every week! But if you are celebrating a special occasion, you are not going to find a better meal than what is produced here.

We decided to try 63 Corks for our monthly date night out with friends. It did not disappoint! Absolutely unique and delicious meals. Our server Sally was one of the best (and most fun) servers we have ever encountered. She didn’t hesitate to describe entrees in detail and help make recommendations- including a fantastic wine to pair with our selections. We met Chef Nate and enjoyed hearing about the restaurant and its evolution. What a delightful evening. Well worth every penny. Thank you Sally & Chef Nate...and the entire staff - host and fellow servers who all clearly work as an incredibly pleasant and friendly team to ensure patrons have a great experience! We will be backs next time plan to sit at the Chef’s Table!

Our first time here and evering thing from appetizer to dessert was excellent! Our bottle of wine was awesome and came with a wonderful complimentary charcuterie board. Our server, Patrick, was great and the best part was that we were never rushed. It was such an enjoyable evening from start to finish. Unfortunately, we live out of town, so we will have to wait till the next time we are in the area to come back!

Last night we decided to check out 63 corks with our friends for fun night out. Located in Strasburg, OH it is amazing that this place is hidden down here and not booked months out. This was such an amazing food experience, I cannot wait to come back. I don't know what it's been about Ohio recently, but some of these restaurants out in the middle of nowhere off the beaten path have been outstanding and kicking the pants off of any restaurants in the cities. I had a BBQ apricot duck breast served over something I couldn't remember other than it was some of the most amazing sides that I've ever had. The calamari had a fantastic twist with some fried green tomatoes and seasonal vegetables to accompany it. The cheesecake, well I think we wanted to order two of them just because the first one was so amazing. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and they treated you like you were a part of the community. The atmosphere felt like you're in a relatively high end restaurant, but with the small town hospitality that is rare anymore. I definitely plan on being back here often.

First time back to this location since it became 63 Corks. Thursday night at 6pm reservation and we arrived during a downpour . There were a good number of customers in the restaurant, but it did not feel crowded at all. The staff was polite, prompt and had a caring attitude. The seating was comfortable and the decor was pleasing so it made for a relaxed feeling during dinner. We started with the chefs corn bread served in a hot miniature cast iron skillet with butter and jam on the side. The special on Thursday is 2 Prime rib dinners and a bottle of house wine ( wine they sell by the glass . And they have some nice wines available). My wife had her prime rib with butter and garlic, with fingerling potatoes. I had my prime rib blackened, with smoked mashed potatoes. We both had the spring salad with strawberries and goat cheese. All the food was excellent with attention to presentation and we defined flavors. We finished with cheese cake with caramel bourbon sauce and coffee. It was a wonderful meal and we will definitely be returning. Next time we will focus on some of their unique specialties.

Found 63 Corks on a Google search, but didn’t think to look at Facebook to see their page, as it is details the current menu and specials. The food was exceptional! We started with the bread service and calamari. I could eat the Apple Bacon Onion jam at every meal. Our entrees were Mountain Trout Saltimbocca and Lobster All’ Amatriciana were very flavorful. And, we ended our meals with Lilly's Brioche Cinnamon Roll bread pudding and Chocolate Mocha Creme Brulee! All I can say is Bravo! Our server, Karen, was top notch. Will be back.

No way such place exist and I didn’t know about it. WE NEED MORE like you!!!!! 1.5 hours from me but soooo worth it. Excellent service, great food, so much to choose from, and mostly.. guilt free knowing it’s all clean and nothing processed !! Sat at the chef’s table overlooking the operations and plating in the kitchen
